BoxVision is a personal inventory management app that lets you photograph, catalog, and organize your belongings in labeled storage boxes. BoxVision is operated by Svea Nordic AB ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BoxVision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
BoxVision offers optional Pro subscriptions (Pro, Pro Family, Pro Family Plus) for advanced features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
BoxVision uses AI (Google Gemini) to analyze photos and estimate item values. These are automated estimates and may not be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI-generated valuations for insurance, legal, or financial decisions.
BoxVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BoxVision.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We collect your email address, photos you upload, item names and descriptions, and usage data to operate the service. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve BoxVision. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Photos are processed by AI services (Google Gemini, remove.bg) for item recognition and background removal.
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
BoxVision uses: Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, analytics; Google Gemini — AI image analysis; remove.bg — background removal; RevenueCat — subscription management; SendGrid — email notifications. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
BoxVision is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
